Step 1: Prepare The Dough
- To start, you'll want to create the cookie dough. In a mixture bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, milled milk, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
